Air Conditioning (Please Read)
This home does not have central AC. We provide a portable AC unit for the main home, and circulation fans for the in-law suite. San Diego has a mild climate, and most homes here, especially older ones, don't have central air. If you're coming from an area where central AC is standard, this setup may feel different than what you're used to. Please make sure you're comfortable with this before booking.
